Terms of Service
1. Service Agreement
Poop Troop LLC provides professional pet waste removal services to residential and commercial properties. By hiring our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather (rain, snow, extreme temperatures, etc.), Poop Troop LLC reserves the right to reschedule or delay services for the safety of our staff. Customers will be notified promptly of any changes to their service schedule. We will make every effort to complete services in a timely manner once weather conditions improve.
3. Property Access
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the property is accessible for our service personnel. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and any obstacles (such as vehicles or debris) are cleared from the service area. If access to the property is denied or blocked on the scheduled service day, the customer will be charged a missed service fee.
4. Property Maintenance
Customers are expected to maintain their property to allow safe and effective pet waste removal. This includes trimming any overgrown vegetation, ensuring clear walkways, and maintaining safe conditions for our service personnel. We reserve the right to cancel service for properties that are unsafe or impossible to service due to neglect.
5. Invoicing & Payment Terms
Invoices will be issued to customers on the 1st of each month. Payment for services is due by the 10th of each month. Payments not received by the 15th of the month will result in the suspension of all pet waste removal services until the outstanding balance is paid in full. A $15 late fee will be applied to all accounts that remain unpaid after the 15th.
6. Service Suspension
If payment is not received by the 15th, Poop Troop LLC reserves the right to suspend services until the account is brought current. Service will resume once payment has been made, and the customer will be responsible for any missed service days due to non-payment.
7. Service Cancellations
Customers may cancel services at any time with at least 48 hours' notice. Any cancellations made after services have been performed for that billing period will be charged for the completed service.
8. Liability
Poop Troop LLC is not responsible for any damage to the property or injuries to pets caused by the customer's failure to maintain access or secure their property. The customer is liable for ensuring that the service area is free from hazards.
9. Agreement Modifications
Poop Troop LLC reserves the right to modify this policy as necessary. Customers will be notified of any significant changes to the terms of service.
